Expecting or new to motherhood? Join us for New Mama Movement - a fitness & yoga hybrid class especially for new moms! Pregnancy yoga guiding you to a better pregnancy & birth will be coming soon! We are here to support you every step of the way on your journey to and through motherhood.

( A fun & firey flow followed by relaxtion, suitable for all levels!)

Thursday 9:30-10:30am - New Mama Movement

( A fitness & yoga hybrid class created as a new mom for new moms helping you to reconnect to your breath, core, and yourself)

Saturday 9-10am - Vinyasa Flow (Mixed level)
